A community gathering where people come together in a spirit of openness, acceptance and wonder to meditate, practice mindfulness, share their stories, explore their own healing and connect with others.
Everyone is welcome to join and be part of the community. The circle is run by donations. All of the donations will go directly towards covering the circle’s expenses and future community projects.

Each week there is an invitation to share what is on our heart or discuss a specific topic (i.e Empathy, Vulnerability, Grief, Surrendering, Self-love, Forgiveness, Dealing with conflict, Working with anxiety,…). Two short meditation sessions are included in each circle. There are also some mindfulness/ creative/ reading/ journalling activities on an occasional basis.
