Join us for this beautiful journey as we discover the power of mandalas and learn to use them as an instrument to promote mindfulness, relaxation, stress relief, healing, and self-discovery. This Mandala Art & Meditation Workshop is part of our regular Mindfulness Circle activities. In the last circle of each month, instead of sitting in a circle to share what is alive in our heart, we immerse ourselves in the flow of creativity, self-expression and joy. We allow ourselves to slow down, to feel, to be, to breathe, to let go.

Cushions, herbal tea and plant-based snacks are available.
Time: 3pm – 5pm on Sunday (July 28th, 2024). Please arrive by 2:50pm – our circle will start at 3pm. The circle will end at 5:00pm or you can leave earlier if you prefer.
Address: The Clear Skies Project Studio (30a Griffith st, Coolangatta, QLD). There is some onsite and street parking available. Public transport options are nearby.
Cost: FREE, donations are always welcome. A suggested cash donation of $5-$7 towards avenue hire
