Journaling has been my safe haven amidst all the chaos in life. It is my creative outlet and part of my self-discovery journey. I write just for the sake of writing and telling stories. The act of putting words down on the journal grounds me in the present moment and allows me to understand what it means to be human.

My story

 After years of spiritual exploration, I felt overwhelmed by the multitude of spiritual paths and started questioning myself. I felt lost, like I was down a rabbit hole, and the more I explored, the more self-doubt I had. It wasn’t until my first experience with Vipassana that I felt at home. For the first time in my life, all my questions felt answered. Since then, Vipassana has been the only spiritual practice I follow.
